Hi.  I am Chris.  I recently moved back to Cambridge purchasing a 1940's bungalow with my husband.   The property has a northerly aspect which is a sun trap, has a swimming pool which is great in the summer as well as a fully self contained cottage at the rear of our property.

I immediately saw the potential for the cottage to become a guest lodge / cottage.  And because I live on King Street, and my maiden name is King - Kings Cottage was 'born'.

I love meeting people and entertaining.  I like to think I have an outgoing personality and enjoy a good chat with like minded company with a glass of wine in my hand.   I am a foodie, my husband thinks I have more cook books than the national library and as I said I enjoy a good glass of wine particularly Pinot Gris sitting on the deck in the evening with the late afternoon sun pouring in.
